Position Overview We love fashion, but we love people more. As a Full-Time Stylist you will lead by example to ensure our customers receive the EVEREVE Styling Experience every time they shop in our stores. You make sure that ALL customers are seen and connected with. Our store mantra is “WE WILL MISS NO ONE!”
Responsibilities
- Act and lead through our core values of humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity (HEART).
- Support recruiting efforts to build a team of great talent that work within our culture of HEART – both in values and the HEART Styling Experience.
- Be passionate about fashion and trends with a strong presence on the floor.
- Lead by example, following standards set by the company and Store Manager.
- When the Store Manager and Assistant Manager aren’t present, full-time stylists will support coaching and leadership of the styling floor and team.
- Support daily operations, coordination of daily operations, management of store inventory and upholding merchandising and store visual standards when leadership is not on site.
- Drive sales as the lead sales generators in stores. Maintain a minimum of 140 SPC and 150 SPH, and 1000 per day in sales or 25,800 per month.
- Lead their Division of Responsibility based on volume group.
