Data Validation & Reconciliation : Validate and reconcile migrated data between legacy / core systems and Salesforce / Cino. Perform record-level and field-level comparisons for loan / account / collateral data.

Test Planning & Design : Create detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test cases specific to data migration testing. Define Day-0 (initial load) and Delta (ongoing sync) tests.
