A Paraprofessional is needed to assist students and educators within a school environment. This role focuses on reinforcing instruction, supporting classroom routines, and ensuring a structured learning space conducive to growth.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent required; education coursework a plus

Prior experience working with children or in school settings

Strong communication, organization, and observational skills

Patience and the ability to follow instructional direction

Responsibilities :

Support daily classroom instruction and student activities

Provide academic assistance to individuals or small groups

Reinforce classroom expectations and positive behavioral supports

Help maintain a safe, organized learning environment

Monitor student participation and assist with materials preparation
