Huntington National Bank (HNB) is seeking experienced

• M&A Infrastructure Project Managers
• to support large-scale post-merger integration efforts following the bank's recent acquisition of Cadence Bank. These roles will play a critical part in unifying enterprise infrastructure across both organizations — ensuring seamless integration of systems, security, and operational continuity.

This initiative represents one of the most significant transformation programs in Huntington's history, as the organization positions itself among the top 10 U.S. banks by assets through strategic expansion and modernization.

• Position Summary

As an

• M&A Infrastructure Project Manager
• , you will lead complex, multi-workstream initiatives to integrate IT infrastructure systems across enterprise environments. You'll partner closely with teams in infrastructure, cybersecurity, architecture, and product support to ensure effective planning, execution, and delivery of integration milestones.

Ideal candidates bring extensive experience managing post-merger or divestiture integrations, a strong understanding of infrastructure technologies (cloud, networking, Active Directory, servers, O365), and proven success driving large-scale transformation within financial services or other regulated industries.

• Key Responsibilities
• Lead planning and execution of infrastructure integration projects across multiple domains (network, server, cloud, end-user computing, and identity / access management).
• Coordinate across infrastructure, cybersecurity, and application teams to ensure smooth system integration.
• Manage multiple dependencies and sub-projects under a unified program structure.
• Develop detailed project plans, risk registers, communication plans, and cutover strategies.
• Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timelines, quality, and compliance are met.
• Provide regular updates to executive sponsors and report on milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Support governance and risk management frameworks to ensure regulatory compliance throughout integration.
• Drive collaboration across distributed and cross-functional teams to achieve shared program goals.
• Required Experience
• 8+ years of IT Project Management experience, including large-scale infrastructure transformation initiatives.
• Proven background in
• M&A, merger, acquisition, or divestiture integrations
• Strong understanding of infrastructure domains, including
• Active Directory, cloud (Azure / AWS), networking, servers, O365, and end-user computing
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and dependencies in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Experience coordinating between infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business teams.
• Strong project governance, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, including executive-level reporting.
• Financial services or highly regulated industry experience preferred.
• Tools & Methodologies
• Project management tools such as
• Azure DevOps, MS Project, JIRA, or ServiceNow
• Familiarity with
• Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
• for infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of compliance, risk management, and IT governance frameworks.

Job Type : Contract

Pay : $60.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours : 40 per week
