Responsibilities Experience and Skills :

• Assist in the oversight of Daily Operations of the store.
• Willingness to learn and develop into a GM position.
• Operate the store in the GMs absence and uphold the same standards as theGM
• Assist in the leading training and development of all store team members.
• Excellent communication people management and motivational skills.
• Basic computer knowledge
• Provide exceptional guest service
• Understand the value of teamwork.
• Previous Fast Casual work experience i.e. Chipotle / Panera / Saladworks is preferred but not required.
