Photon is seeking a Tech Lead - API in Tampa, FL (Onsite). This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities include :

• Leading end-to-end technical delivery of Java-based applications and services.
• Designing and implementing scalable microservices using Spring Boot and RESTful APIs.
• Collaborating with architects and stakeholders to define solution architecture.
• Driving best practices in coding, design, and deployment.
• Mentoring junior developers through code reviews and technical sessions.
• Integrating backend services with data platforms like Hadoop, Spark, Hive, etc.
• Ensuring system scalability, performance, security, and reliability.
• Participating in Agile ceremonies and working with cross-functional teams.
• Supporting DevOps practices including CI / CD, containerization, and monitoring.
