Pharmacy Technician

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician to provide support in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls from members and providers regarding the prior authorization process

Maintain complete and accurate documentation of approvals and denials

Transfer clinical questions and judgment calls to the pharmacist as needed

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

At least 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Teams and Outlook

Experience in healthcare or administrative support (1+ years)

Pharmacy Technician Certification or Trainee License preferred but not required
