• Position Summary :
• The Level 3 MSP Engineer is responsible for advanced cloud architecture, virtualization engineering, network design, and handling top-tier escalations.
• Key Responsibilities :

Handle advanced Tier 3 escalations across server, cloud, and network stacks.

Architect and deploy Azure infrastructure (VMs, VNets, NSGs, storage).

Implement Conditional Access, identity governance, hybrid identity.

Lead cloud / email migrations.

Manage VMware / Hyper-V clusters, failover, virtual networks, storage.

Administer Windows Server, AD, GPO, DNS / DHCP, file servers.

Design and troubleshoot enterprise networks (L2 / L3, VLANs, routing, VPNs).

Configure firewalls : Fortinet, SonicWall, Meraki, Palo Alto.

Implement EDR / SIEM integrations, security baselines, audits.

Lead projects end-to-end and mentor junior engineers.

Participate in technical meetings and client architecture planning.

Qualifications :

Required :

5–8+ years IT experience, MSP strongly preferred.

Deep Azure admin and architecture skills.

Expert AD / Windows Server knowledge.

Advanced virtualization experience.

Strong routing, VLAN, firewall skills.Preferred Certifications :

AZ-104, AZ-305

MS-102 / MS-700

CCNA / CCNP

NSE 4–7

VMware VCP

Security+ or ITIL

Additional Requirements :

Participation in escalated after-hours support.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
