As a Physical Therapist, you will perform detailed clinical assessments based on individual patient needs upon physician referral and will develop a comprehensive plan-of-care based on findings following physical therapy evaluation. Position : Physical Therapist - Home Care (Delaware County)

Shift : Day Shift, 20 hours per week

Experience :

1 year clinical experience or Clinical Affiliation in Home Care.

Education :

1. Graduate of a Physical Therapy program is required.

2. Bachelor's Degree required; Master's or Doctorate preferred.

Licensures / Certifications :

1. Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license.

2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc / American Red Cross) required on hire.

3. Valid Driver's license and insured automobile (as applicable).
