Reports to : Supervisor

Position Purpose Summary The Janitor will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, cafeterias and public areas.

Job Description

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Comply with all federal and state environmental, health and safety regulations as well as any safety policies and protocols outlined by the company
• Sweep and mop floors and vacuum carpets
• Wash and sanitize toilets, sinks and showers and restock disposables (e.g. soap)
• Wipe mirrors and windows
• Organize conference rooms (remove divider, tables etc.)
• Perform general cleanup of all areas of the building's interior and exterior
• Complete non-routine emergency cleaning as required
• Collect and dispose of common and industrial waste, and recycling
• Ensure that all areas are kept very clean and in proper working order
• Perform all duties in a timely and safe manner
• Perform all work in accordance with Company's Safety, Environmental, and Quality Policy, and Company Rules
• Perform miscellaneous duties within the entire interior or exterior of the site as directed by Supervision
