Revolution Systems has an immediate open position for a permanent full-time low voltage technician position with benefits. The job includes commercial surveillance / intercom and technology in residential high-end homes.

Responsibilities

• Ability to work on general low voltage and technology systems and understand basic concepts of those systems : voltage, IP networking, audio, video, control, etc.
• Running cable, terminating wires, installing, testing, and programming equipment for IT networking, security systems, surveillance, control systems, whole-house audio, and home theater.
• Analog and IP surveillance cameras, DVRs, NVRs.
• Interface with customers in a professional and clear manner per requirements of the job supervisor.
• Self-manage small projects, service work, and daily job duties.
• Mount TVs, cameras, monitors, racks, and security detectors.

Qualifications

Compensation & Benefits

Company vehicles are provided after probationary period; in the meantime applicants should have their own vehicle to get to the job site in the Twin Cities metro area. Pay is dependent on experience. PLT license is a plus but not required to start the position.
