CORE FUNCTION

Responsible for the end-to-end management of system processes and designs for assigned projects. The primary goal is to ensure systems are effective, cost-efficient , and strictly comply with customer design and build specifications . Provides direct technical support to the Project Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (PROJECT LIFECYCLE)

• Design & Review : Review and approve sketches / designs; conduct detailed concept, proposal, and formal design reviews with customers and internal teams.
• Coordination : Coordinate meetings across engineering, design vendors, and other departments.
• Compliance : Monitor drawing releases, ensure updates for As Built and Non-Conformances , and track process deliverables.
• Cost & Quality : Conduct FMEA / ERGO reviews as needed; ensure designs are cost-effective; monitor and report engineering progress.
• Manufacturing Support : Support Manufacturing kick-off and advise on all customer specifications and requests.
