Who You Are

The Safety Officer (EMT) provides emergency medical responses to residents and staff and initiates appropriate action. Responsible for the general safety of residents, staff, guests, buildings, grounds, minor emergency maintenance functions, and other required duties.
Essential Job Duties
Respond to resident and staff emergency medical situations, make assessments, and initiate appropriate medical responses.Patrol interior and exterior of buildings and grounds.Monitor the welfare of residents by performing daily status check procedures.Respond to all emergency calls (medical, fire, life?safety, and security).Record all significant observations / happenings and other appropriate documentation.Respond to minor maintenance calls in absence of on?duty maintenance personnel, contacting physical plant staff for life?safety equipment malfunction repair.Escort residents and staff as needed, providing other personal services such as delivering medications, packages, newspapers, flowers, etc.Monitor and control parking on property.Monitor and control access to Casa buildings by residents, staff, and visitors.Transport staff to off?site employee parking as needed.Hospitality Promises
