The Corporate IT Full Stack Development Internship will support the Corporate Application Development team with focusing on identifying and resolving bugs, optimizing code performance, and ensuring the reliability and maintainability of our applications. This internship offers hands on experience working with a collaborative team, improving real-world software, and contributing to meaningful projects that impact users directly. The 2026 Corporate IT Application Development Internship duration is anticipated to be from June 2026 thru August 2026 or mutually agreed upon timeframe.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Identify, prioritize, and resolve bugs by reviewing issue lists, collaborating with the team, and debugging both front-end and back-end code.
- Optimize code by identifying performance bottlenecks, refactoring for clarity and scalability, and applying best practices for secure and efficient development.
- Ensure software reliability by writing and maintaining unit, integration, and regression tests, validating bug fixes and optimizations, and conducting performance testing for stability.
- Document all bug fixes and optimizations, update technical resources like wikis and developer notes, and ensure all documentation is clear, concise, and accessible to the team.
- Other duties as assigned.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS :
Basic understanding of web development and programming languages.Current college or university student pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or a recent graduate from a college or university.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Team-oriented / strong interpersonal skills.Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.Demonstrate strong organizational skills.Ability to work with minimal supervision and as a team.Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.ADDITIONAL DETAILS :
