Job descriptionNationally Accredited Certification : Stretch Zone pays for the Stretch Practitioner certification, the only nationally accredited assisting stretching certification, enhancing your professional credentials. Competitive pay structure : Base pay plus performance-based commissions. Clear advancement path : Step into leadership with a direct track lead Stretch Practitioner to Studio Manager, and from there, grow into a Regional Manager role with earning potential of $80,000+. Regular performance reviews : Opportunity for base pay increases tied to performance milestonesnot just tenure. Paid training and mentorship : We invest in you with comprehensive management training and ongoing on-the-job development. Culture and team recognition : Celebrate with quarterly team lunches, an annual holiday party, and regular shoutouts for achievements.
