Position Overview:

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of healthcare regulatory, administrative, and/or litigation experience. The role includes handling healthcare litigation, compliance issues, and professional liability matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage aspects of healthcare litigation matters.
  
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and high-quality writing.
  
• Handle court appearances, depositions, and client meetings across Michigan.
  
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and appellate briefs.
  
• Maintain strong client relationships and communication.
  
• Support firm initiatives, including presentations and business development.
  
• Stay current on healthcare regulations and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school.
  
• Active Michigan bar admission.
  
• 3+ years’ litigation experience.
  
• Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills.
