Our dynamic real estate company is seeking a Property Accountant to join its collaborative team. The position has been created due to corporate growth, will be responsible for 5-7 properties, and this person will report to a terrific Manager. Great and flexible hybrid work schedule and a friendly and talented accounting and finance team make this a special opportunity!

What You'll Do :

• Manage accounting processes for a portfolio of 5-7 properties.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for assigned properties.
• Communicate with property managers and regional managers to ensure timely pre-close and close activities.
• Prepare audit packages and liaise with external auditors.
• Analyze and review accounting and financial resources for acquisitions, dispositions, and post-close analysis.
• Provide completed draw requests and financials to lenders.
• Process data requests, corrections, reconciliations, and statements.
