ENLISTMENT REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION

Eligibility :

  • U.S. citizen or permanent resident alien (I-551 cardholder).
  • Age 17-34.
  • Good physical condition.
  • Good moral standing.
  • High school graduate or equivalent.

Role Overview :

Culinary Specialists prepare and cook meals comparable to those in major restaurants to provide Soldiers with hot meals during training or mission deployments. Responsibilities include meal preparation and service both in the field and at home stations, ordering and inspecting food supplies, and maintaining kitchen safety and sanitation.

Qualifications and Training :

  • Must pass a criminal background check with no open law violations.
  • Must pass a drug screen.
  • No felony convictions.
  • Must be in good health with no physical limitations.

    • Helpful Skills :

  • Cooking and food preparation skills.
  • Attention to safety and sanitation.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments.

    • Requirements :
