Primary Responsibilities
Setting up and maintaining the breakfast bar in an attractive abundant looking, organized, clean  and standardized presentation.Taking inventory of food, beverages and supplies needed for each dayOrdering or purchasing food suppliesPreparing foods such as fresh fruit, coffee and juicesSetting up serving dishes / trays, utensils, cups and other productsSetting out / arranging cold food such as sweet rolls, muffins and cerealClearing and cleaning tables as they are vacatedWiping up spillsRemoving trashRestocking self-service food and supplies as neededWashing serving equipment and returning it to storageReturns reusable food supplies to storageVacuums & sweeps carpets & floorsMops floorsDusts, brushes, polishes, & vacuums furnitureDusts & cleans room decorations, appliances, & structural surfaces (e.g. wall fixtures, window  sills, vents, etc.; using appropriate cleaners designated by immediate supervisorInspects areas for safety hazards & for the operating conditions of equipmentReports lost & found articles, maintenance problems (common areas) to your immediate  supervisor and maintenanceProviding excellent guest serviceWear proper clothing based on company policy and brand standard including non-slip shoesOther duties as assignedEducation / Experience
