Position Overview

Project Managers in the IKE Construction department work with cities and our internal development managers to plan and execute deployment of IKE Smart City kiosks into public right-of-way locations across the US. They have a broad set of responsibilities focused on maintaining the project plan and budget.

Responsibilities

Pre-Construction

• Support new market processes, communications, and documentation.
• Budget assistance for cost effective market deployment.
• Assists pre-construction team with planning, procurement, and forecasting.
• Helps identify, retain, and manage third-party contractors, including civil engineers and construction contractors.

Construction

Qualifications

The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $130,000 annually depending on experience. OBM is an equal-opportunity employer, and provides competitive salary / incentive compensation and benefits, 401k match, and expense account.
