About the Role

An opportunity exists for an experienced Project Manager to oversee all phases of construction from preconstruction through closeout. Youll be responsible for managing schedules, budgets, procurement, and field operations, while maintaining strong communication with clients, architects, and subcontractors. The role suits a driven individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and takes pride in seeing projects from concept to completion.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 510 years of experience as a Project Manager or Assistant PM with a commercial interiors general contractor or construction manager.
• Proven record managing projects between $2M $10M.
• Strong technical understanding of scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project) and project management tools (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.).
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
