Neonatology physician employment in Kentucky : Locums Opportunity NeonatologistLocation : London, KentuckyStart Date : December 1, 2025Duration : 912 monthsSchedule : 24-hour call (7 : 00 AM 7 : 00 AM)Coverage : All days beginning 12 / 1 / 25 Hospital & Unit Information
- Setting : Level II Special Care Nursery
- Beds : 6-bed Level II Nursery + 22 well-baby beds
- Admissions : Approximately 90 deliveries per month
- Patient Census : 1015 patients / day
- EMR System : Epic
- Support Staff : RNs in both special care and well-baby nursery
- Reason for Coverage : New unit opening and recruiting permanent providers
Clinical Responsibilities
Intubation
Licensing & Certification Requirements
Will consider candidates with lapsed Peds boards if Neonatology certification is active
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
