What We Offer :

Pay range : $125,000 – $175,000 per year , paid weekly

Flexible schedule options :

3x12-hour shifts

4x10-hour shifts

5x8-hour shifts

Sign-on bonus up to $15,000

About the Role :

Sterling Ford & CDJR is seeking experienced Master Technicians to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform routine maintenance and complex diagnostics

Accurately repair a wide range of automotive issues

Use diagnostic equipment and manufacturer systems effectively

Work efficiently and contribute to team success

What You Bring :

Current ASE certifications

Master-level experience in Ford or CDJR systems

High attention to detail and pride in workmanship

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced service environment
