Schedule Night Shift : 3x12-Hour (19 : 00 - 07 : 00) Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Room Registered Nurse with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment, managing a diverse patient population. Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient care in a general emergency department setting for both adult and pediatric patients. Effectively manage and interpret dysrhythmias and provide care for patients with multisystem organ dysfunction / failure. Perform blood product administration and central line care / management. Start and maintain IVs, administer emergency medications, and manage continuous IV sedation and paralytics. Conduct procedural sedation administration with appropriate monitoring. Consistently practice isolation precautions. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 1 year of ER nursing experience. Required certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS. Preferred skills include IV therapy, blood product administration, and phlebotomy. Experience with interpreting and managing dysrhythmias is essential.
