This role involves working with sophisticated systems like Crestron, Savant, and Control4.

You will lead a team in the field, maintain high standards, and ensure that all work is done with precision and professionalism.

Responsibilities Lead complex AV installations, including system programming, troubleshooting, and quality control Work closely with high-end clients, including celebrities and VIPs maintaining a professional demeanor Conduct programming on platforms such as Crestron, Savant, and COntrol4, with opportunities to learn additional systems Ensure all installations meet the highest standards, with a focus on clean, meticulous work even in unseen areas Mentor junior technicians, setting an example of professional conduct and craftsmanship Qualifications Proficiency in at least one of the major control systems (Crestron, Savant, Control4), with the willingness to learn others Experience in high-end AV installations, particularly in environments involving celebrities or high-net-worth individuals Ability to work independently in the field, managing all aspects of AV deployments Clean background check Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Networking skills and an understanding of IP configuration and troubleshooting Additional certifications in programming AV systems Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay composed in high-pressure situations Physical Demands Physical requirements include standing, sitting, walking, bending, climbing, reaching, and lifting up to 80 lbs Benefits Health Insurance Stipend (50% company-paid) Profit-Sharing Opportunities PTO Company Holidays Career-growth opportunities within a family-oriented company Compensation $33-$45 Based on Experience and Certifications Powered by JazzHR
