Job Opportunity At Truist Financial Corporation
Partner with Truist Care Center (TCC) Leadership to enable and influence core business needs and strategy within the context of the rapidly changing internal and external business environment. This individual will interface with TCC Leadership, as well as key business partners within EOS, technology, risk, lines of business, etc., to develop processes and approaches to create efficiency in horizontal activities across business functions including, but not limited to recurring business reviews, strategic planning, project and technology initiatives, and collaboration with functional partners in process, risk management, financial functions.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities

- Collaborate with senior leaders within Truist Care Center, Enterprise Operational Services (EOS), cross-functional SMEs, and other stakeholders to document and execute current and future strategic vision.
- Create documents and presentations for executive leadership that clearly articulate recommendations, tradeoffs, and / or strategic choices with rationale around why conclusions are being suggested / made.
- Establish principles, rules, standards and best practices for supported business unit, and build and manage the intake and prioritization method for TCC transformation initiatives and project review processes.
- Support or lead strategic TCC transformation initiatives.
- Ensure alignment with EOS Business Optimization and Finance partners for consistent financial / benefit reporting on key Operations initiatives, maintain awareness of / communicate relevant Finance routines and processes, and document, communicate, and track performance against Finance targets.
- Provide influential leadership that supports insightful decision-making, drives efficiencies in the solution delivery and supports processes, and maximizes the quality of top deliverables.
