Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Attorney with a minimum of 5+ years of Personal Injury litigation to join our growing Chattanooga, TN office. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with experienced attorneys and dedicated support staff while representing a diverse range of clients in complex Workers' Compensation matters.

Base pay range

$100,000.00 / yr - $150,000.00 / yr

Location : Chattanooga, Tennessee

Employment Type : Full-Time

Experience Required : 5+ years

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of active files, including legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Communicate effectively with clients, claims adjusters, medical professionals, and opposing counsel.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure timely updates on all case developments.
• Participate in settlement negotiations and strategy development.
