Mail Processing and Data Entry Specialist

Location : Onsite – Londonderry, NH (50 Nashua Rd)

Schedule : Monday–Saturday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (one day off mid-week, typically Tuesday or Wednesday)

Pay : $17.50 per hour

We’re supporting one of our top clients in hiring a Mail Processing and Data Entry Specialist to join their onsite operations team in Londonderry. Responsibilities

• Open, sort, and categorize incoming mail and documents based on specific form types
• Accurately enter information into internal databases and tracking systems
• Maintain organized records while following all company procedures and compliance standards
• Identify and resolve any data discrepancies or incomplete entries
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines and ensure process accuracy
