Position Overview

A well-established, physician-owned multispecialty group is expanding its  Rheumatology Department  and seeking  2–3 Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Rheumatologists  to join their thriving team. This group offers long-term stability, collaborative culture, and outstanding earning potential.

This is an  outpatient-only  opportunity with  no hospital or inpatient call  responsibilities. The group is recruiting for both current openings and future hires (2025 / 2026 graduates), with a preference for those who have  strong ties to Northern California .

Position Highlights

Outpatient-only Rheumatology

Multiple clinic locations across the  SF Bay Area and Northern California

Compensation & Benefits

Negotiable base salary (~$300K range), plus :

Candidate Requirements

Board Certified / Board Eligible in Rheumatology

Must hold or be eligible for  California medical license

No visa sponsorship  available

2026 graduates must demonstrate clear  ties to the SF Bay Area / Northern California

Both  experienced physicians  and  fellows  encouraged to apply
