MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF LEAD MACHINE OPERATING EXPERIENCE IN A FOOD MANUFACTURING PLANT

Connect Staffing is seeking a hardworking and experienced Lead Line Operator for a baking supply manufacturing company in Fullerton, CA.

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 7 : 00 a.m. to 3 : 30 p.m. Must be available for Overtime.

Requirements for the Lead Line Operator :

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in leading machine operations in a food production plant
  • Must be able to pass Drug Screen, Background Check, and E-Verify requirements.
  • Must speak English or be Bilingual
  • Must be able to safely lift up to 55lbs.
  • Experience with Production Line Supervisor, Manufacturing Team Lead, Packaging Line Leader, Process Line Coordinator, Production Shift Supervisor, Machine Operator Lead, Manufacturing Operations Supervisor, Assembly Line Lead, Production Floor Coordinator, and Food Manufacturing Line Supervisor is a plus!

    • Responsibilities of the Lead Line Operator :

  • Follow formula instructions, recipes, and allergen washdown procedures
  • Adhere to pre-requisite programs, including but not limited to sanitation, GMP, traceability, and maintenance.
  • When done, clean up the packing room and / or packing lines
  • Report any food safety / quality issues or incidents
  • Follow formula instructions and recipes
  • Use set chemical concentrations for cleaning and sanitizing
  • Follow and maintain food safety and HACCP protocols.
  • Ensure finished product quality and QA release before filling.
