MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST – CHARLOTTE NC

Job Summary

Support of Business Development Managers and Strategic Marketing through business and market analysis. Provision of appropriate evaluations, key figures, and presentations in preparation for short, medium, and long-term business decisions. Participation in the operative business.

Responsibilities

Manage the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and other relevant sales support materials.

Focus on establishing a uniform company appearance both on a corporate and product level, including the planning and execution of exhibitions and events.

Coordinate and support the social media and communications activities so that they are in line with the company’s overall appearance.

Function as the general contact person for marketing and communication issues and be in continuous exchange with digital marketing.

Contribute to measuring the success of activities, defining, and tracking KPI’s, budget planning and controlling.

Support to develop and execute operatively comprehensive marketing plans that support the company's overall business objectives.

Work closely with the sales team and product management to ensure that all marketing efforts are consistent, relevant, and effective.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing.

Excellent project management skills.

Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tactics, including social media and content marketing.

Experience with the organization of events and exhibitions.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with graphic design software is a plus.
