Job Title :

Data Analyst Position Type : FTE Location : Sunnyvale, CA, USA Salary Range / Rate (Currency) : $100,000 - $150,000 (USD) Job ID# : 149557 Job Description As a Data Analyst, you will join our Customer Success team and lead the delivery of data-driven solutions for game studios.
In this role, you will own the onboarding journey, serve as a trusted analytics advisor, and help build a data-first culture within our customers' organizations.

Responsibilities :

Lead customer-facing presentations and technical onboarding sessions, covering SDK integration, event instrumentation, and dashboard configuration.

Serve as a strategic advisor, translating business objectives into actionable data collection and analysis strategies.

Curate and present analytics best practices tailored to game genres, lifecycle stages, and monetization models.

Build and deliver dashboards and reports on key KPIs (retention, LTV, conversion), enabling data-driven decisions across customer teams.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field 3+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in gaming or digital product environments Strong SQL skills and experience building reports and dashboards Experience defining and analyzing key business metrics (e.g., retention, LTV, conversion funnels) Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working across customers and internal teams About Us : Founded in 2009, IntelliPro is a global leader in talent acquisition and HR solutions.
