Job description

Job Responsibilities :

  • Source and recruit top talent for various roles – cold calling, messaging, texting, emailing, etc.
  • Generate leads & referrals from daily conversations
  • Manage talent pipeline within ATS / CRM systems
  • Manage requisition load in a remote capacity
  • Network & engage with candidates from various backgrounds
  • Work in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment
  • Overcome daily obstacles
  • Improve recruitment skills daily
  • Other projects as assigned

  • ?0-5 years of recruiting / talent acquisition experience - agency / staffing firm experience welcome!
  • ?Bachelor's degree preferred
  • ?Strong verbal & written communication skills

  • ?Grinder / hunter mentality - Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • ?Willing to learn and develop in this industry
  • ?SD local - points if you're from North County ?
