Who You Are We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically adept Program Manager with experience in communications, social media, and working effectively in large organizations to lead operational processes for an employee advocacy team.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to learn quickly, and proficiency with Microsoft and vendor platforms.

The ideal candidate will create, manage, and improve workflows, while ensuring seamless execution and driving operational excellence.

• This is a full-time role that can be worked remotely, however, collaboration with teammates centered in the Pacific time zone will be essential.

Role and Responsibilities Lead operations for the global distribution of weekly company email to all employees, including :
