Mail Processor II

Our Client, a Retail Pharmacy company, is looking for a Mail Processor II for their Scottsdale, AZ location.

Responsibilities:

• The job scope is working with the Client corporate mailroom performing Digital printing on large production class printers.
• Folding & inserting them into various envelopes on large class inserter machines and perform other mail room functions throughout the day in a fast-paced environment to meet a very sensitive time schedule.
• Verify print jobs based on the documentation received, print, insert, postage stamp and communication completion within a very defined time frame. We are a / operation working with sensitive Healthcare information.
• Ability to balance compassion and kindness with professionalism and customer service, you will thrive in this position.

• We have envelope/paper boxes that weight up to lb so needs to be able to lift that and we are up and running around like all day so on their feet for almost a full shift may happen
• Multitask in a high-pressure environment
• Adhere to strict turnaround times
• Work efficiently on the computer using general Microsoft programs
• Work with multiple large production printers at a time, clear jams, keep stock filled
• Work with large production inserters, be comfortable working with the mechanics of the machine
• Work well with others, to keep an enjoyable workplace
• Be open to changes within the workplace

Requirements:

• Verifyable High School Diploma or GED Required
• Past experience on large digital copiers, inserters, or mailing machines.
• Handling mail
• Customer service
