Systems Engineer

A company is looking for a Systems Engineer responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of clients' networks.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary escalation resource for L1 and L2 technical teams, providing guidance and expertise

Identify and lead projects to enhance client infrastructure and resolve technical challenges

Document technical work comprehensively to facilitate accurate client billing and improve team efficiency

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a minimum of 5 years of IT experience

Possession of Microsoft 365 Fundamentals and Microsoft Azure Associate certifications

Familiarity with ITIL concepts

Valid driver's license

Additional certifications may be required for Network, Cloud, or other paths
