Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative I (CSR) is the first point of contact for our customers and plays a key role in delivering a positive experience. This role focuses on order processing, product support, and professional communication in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn our products and systems.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support
- Greet walk-in customers and handle incoming calls and emails
- Assist with pricing, product questions, order status, and returns
- Provide product information (after training) or connect customers with the right team member
Order Processing & Sales Support
- Accurately enter orders, quotes, and returns
- Verify product availability, pricing, and lead times
- Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure timely fulfillment
- Pull and package customer orders
Administrative & Inventory
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Keep counter and showroom clean and organized
- Participate in physical inventory counts
- Attend training sessions or trade shows as needed
Requirements:
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- 1–3 years of customer service experience (HVAC/wholesale preferred)
- Strong communication and computer skills (Microsoft Office, ERP systems)
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking ability
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. with assistance when needed
- HVAC or parts knowledge a plus
- Experience with Epicor, NetSuite, SAP, or similar systems preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
