A company is looking for an Insurance Verification Specialist to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of dental insurance verification processes.
Key Responsibilities
Complete insurance eligibility verifications by phone, web, and fax, and track progress
Obtain and enter Full Insurance Breakdowns into client practice management systems
Partner with customers to ensure verifications are completed and report on any issues
Required Qualifications
Strong knowledge of dental insurance policies and procedures, with at least 2 years of dental office experience
Familiarity with various practice management solutions (PMS)
Knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, and patient confidentiality policies
Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
