Shift Project Superintendent to lead onsite operations for an upcoming commercial construction project scheduled to begin this fall. This is a long-term opportunity for a highly organized, hands-on leader who knows how to keep crews moving, subcontractors aligned, and quality standards high. If youre confident running complex builds from the ground upworking in fast-paced commercial environments and coordinating multiple tradesyoull thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities :

Field Leadership & Supervision :

• Lead all onsite construction activities and ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications.
• Foster a positive, respectful jobsite environment among subcontractors, vendors, and team members.
• Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for project teams, inspectors, and stakeholders.
