Key Responsibilities Develop meaningful relationships with software developers through regular check-ins on Slack and Zoom Coach developers on managing commitments, shifting unproductive moods, and building productive habits Deliver constructive feedback and lead company-wide training sessions Required Qualifications Previous experience as a teacher or software developer Ability to effectively communicate with software developers Passion for self-help and coaching Experience with remote work tools, particularly Zoom and Slack Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development
