WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a local contract nurse RN Psychiatric for a local contract nursing job in Holyoke, Massachusetts.

​WCS Healthcare is actively seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Nurse for a contract assignment at a reputable health center in Holyoke, Massachusetts. This role offers the opportunity to provide compassionate mental health care within a collaborative and supportive environment.

Job Function : ~ Evening Shift.

~3pm -11 : 30pm.

~ Assess patients' mental health status and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.​

~ Administer and monitor psychotropic medications, observing for efficacy and potential side effects.​

~ Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships to support patients' emotional well-being and recovery.​

~ Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.​

~ Document patient progress and any notable changes in behavior or condition, ensuring accurate and timely records.​​

Job Requirements :

~ Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).

~ Current Massachusetts State RN license (or willingness to obtain).

~ BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

~ ACLS certification from the American Heart Association.

~ CPI certification preferred.

~2 years of acute care experience in this specialty.
