Job Summary :
Our client is seeking a Dayforce HRIS Analyst (Consultant) to lead configuration and deployment of Dayforce as part of a new implementation. The successful candidate must have direct, hands-on Dayforce experience and the ability to operate as a consultative partner, guiding the business through system setup, troubleshooting, and optimization.
This is a highly technical and strategic role where the consultant will partner with HR and business leadership to ensure Dayforce delivers a complete HRIS solution, including Payroll, Core HR, Talent, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Benefits.
Responsibilities :
- Lead hands-on configuration of Dayforce modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits).
- Provide consultative guidance to HR and leadership, recommending best practices and solutions.
- Troubleshoot setup issues and resolve configuration gaps ahead of go-live.
- Support payroll processing for the U.S. only .
- Deliver post-go-live stabilization support, with potential for long-term engagement or conversion to full-time.
Requirements :
Direct, hands-on experience configuring Dayforce HRIS (multiple modules).Strong expertise in U.S. Payroll .Ability to operate as a true consultant , influencing and guiding stakeholders.Previous experience with Dayforce implementations ; divestiture experience a plus.Dayforce certification preferred, but will consider candidates with extensive relevant experience.Ability to commit to 30–40 hours / week , Central Time Zone hours.Available for immediate interviews (weekend or early Monday).#IND
