Job Summary :

Our client is seeking a Dayforce HRIS Analyst (Consultant) to lead configuration and deployment of Dayforce as part of a new implementation. The successful candidate must have direct, hands-on Dayforce experience and the ability to operate as a consultative partner, guiding the business through system setup, troubleshooting, and optimization.

This is a highly technical and strategic role where the consultant will partner with HR and business leadership to ensure Dayforce delivers a complete HRIS solution, including Payroll, Core HR, Talent, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Benefits.

Responsibilities :

Lead hands-on configuration of Dayforce modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits).
Provide consultative guidance to HR and leadership, recommending best practices and solutions.
Troubleshoot setup issues and resolve configuration gaps ahead of go-live.
Support payroll processing for the U.S. only .
Deliver post-go-live stabilization support, with potential for long-term engagement or conversion to full-time.

Requirements :

Direct, hands-on experience configuring Dayforce HRIS (multiple modules).

Strong expertise in U.S. Payroll .

Ability to operate as a true consultant , influencing and guiding stakeholders.

Previous experience with Dayforce implementations ; divestiture experience a plus.

Dayforce certification preferred, but will consider candidates with extensive relevant experience.

Ability to commit to 30–40 hours / week , Central Time Zone hours.

Available for immediate interviews (weekend or early Monday).
