About the Role : Join us as a CNC Programming Specialist, where you will be pivotal in programming and operating CNC equipment throughout our plant, leveraging advanced software and tooling to produce our signature products.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain computer numerically controlled (CNC) programs to automate equipment using computer-generated data.
- Create monthly scorecards, weekly status reports, and strategic planning documents.
- Utilize AlphaCam, InventorCam, and Xilog programming software to develop and implement CNC programs for standard product lines.
- Assist in organizing and preparing for Strategic Business Council meetings.
- Develop CNC programs for unique customer-requested door designs, revising programs as necessary and adhering to engineering change notices (ECNs).
- Evaluate current CNC designs to enhance solutions using parametric methods and efficient file organization.
- Attend staff meetings to document minutes and support various tasks.
- Oversee the review and release of special orders and aid in preparing samples and CNC operations for pilot runs of new products, contributing to the launch teams during these phases.
- Engage actively in improvement teams to generate innovative ideas for product enhancements.
- Exhibit organization skills and a keen attention to detail in all tasks.

Demonstrated superior CNC and programming skills.Strong math skills, particularly in algebra and trigonometry.Excellent reading comprehension, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.Highly detail-oriented and effective in time management with minimal supervision.Knowledgeable about wood door components and species.Proficient with measurement tools and the use of Marvin Docs, ECN systems, and ICIM.Ability to interpret design prints effectively.Familiarity with MS Office 365 applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Qualifications :
