CNC Programming Specialist

About the Role : Join us as a CNC Programming Specialist, where you will be pivotal in programming and operating CNC equipment throughout our plant, leveraging advanced software and tooling to produce our signature products.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain computer numerically controlled (CNC) programs to automate equipment using computer-generated data.
• Create monthly scorecards, weekly status reports, and strategic planning documents.
• Utilize AlphaCam, InventorCam, and Xilog programming software to develop and implement CNC programs for standard product lines.
• Assist in organizing and preparing for Strategic Business Council meetings.
• Develop CNC programs for unique customer-requested door designs, revising programs as necessary and adhering to engineering change notices (ECNs).
• Evaluate current CNC designs to enhance solutions using parametric methods and efficient file organization.
• Attend staff meetings to document minutes and support various tasks.
• Oversee the review and release of special orders and aid in preparing samples and CNC operations for pilot runs of new products, contributing to the launch teams during these phases.
• Engage actively in improvement teams to generate innovative ideas for product enhancements.
• Exhibit organization skills and a keen attention to detail in all tasks.
