A company is looking for a Senior Director of Solutions Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Build and lead the Solutions Engineering function while partnering with financial institutions to combat financial crime

Define and implement the presales engagement model and create foundational playbooks for the team

Serve as a player-coach, mentoring a team of Solutions Engineers and driving technical strategy in enterprise deals

Required Qualifications

7+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS, including 4 years in presales or Solutions Engineering leadership roles

Proven track record of closing $500K+ enterprise deals and scaling SE teams

Deep expertise in financial services, financial crime prevention, compliance automation, or regulatory technology

Experience engaging C-suite stakeholders and navigating complex enterprise sales cycles

Ability to thrive in high-growth environments and build from the ground up
