Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary : $120,000 – $160,000 annually
• Bonus Structure : Performance-based incentive plan

Requirements

Active or eligible Arizona license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (or in process)

Graduate of an accredited U.S.-based NP or PA program (Puerto Rico programs not eligible)

DEA license (or eligibility to obtain)

BLS certification

2+ years of experience in pain management, internal medicine, or a related field
