Who we are looking for :

MA's, EMT's, and CNA's who have a passion for making a difference in skin and wound care and are willing to travel in-person to patients' homes to provide wound care.

Main Responsibilities (may include but are not limited to) :

• Traveling independently to Private Homes, Adult Family Homes, and Independent Living Facilities
• Independently perform wound care, including photo documentation of skin conditions, dressing changes, and UltraMist treatments (pain-free debridement) - seeing approximately 4-6 patients a day
• Apply and remove topical medications and dressings
• Collaborate with our providers virtually though telemedicine visits
• Occasionally assist the provider in-person with wound care procedures
• Perform administrative tasks and complete documentation as necessary
• Abide by company safety protocols for every visit; ie. check in and check out
• Participate in regular team meetings for training, team building, and professional development
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned

Skills required to succeed :

Compensation : $24.00 - $34.00 hourly - DOE

Anticipated Territory : KingCounty, Seattle Metro

This position is classified as : Hourly, Non-Exempt ; Full-Time employment

Hours : Standard 40 hour schedule - Monday through Friday, 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm, though hours may vary; no nights or weekends

Benefits :

Medical / Dental / Orthodontic / Vison / RX - minimum 80% towards employee monthly premiums covered, dependent coverage available at employee's expense

Vacation accrual up to 132hrs(16.5 days) your first year of employment based on 1.0FTE status
