Requirements

Required Certifications : BLS, NRP

Required Skills : NICU III, Neonates 29-34 weeks, Neonates >

34 weeks, Blood glucose monitoring, Insulin administration, Phototherapy, Breastfeeding Support / Handling of Breast Milk, Feedings (bottle, breast, gavage), Necrotizing Enterocolitis (NEC), Placement / Management of oral / nasogastric / nasojejunal tubes, Isolation Precautions, Sepsis Work Up, Administration of blood & blood products, Arterial line management, Central Line / Implanted Line Care, Starting and maintaining IVs, UAC (Umbilical Artery Catheter), UVC (Umbilical Vein Catheter), Neonatal Dosage Calculations, Antibiotics / Antivirals, Anti-Seizure Medications, IV vasopressors, Surfactants, Steroids, Developmental Care, Patient / family teaching, Phlebotomy, Thermoregulation, Bubble CPAP, Suctioning (ETT, NT), High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Management of Chest Tubes, Meconium Aspiration, Oxygen Delivery Systems, Respiratory distress syndrome, Vapotherm
