As a member of the Diversified Markets (DM) business unit, the Sales Executive will lead sales efforts focused into strategic named accounts. The individual will be responsible for hitting new sales targets and working with their Sales Director, the VP of Sales, Vertical Leadership and the Diversified Markets Product and Marketing Teams to develop and execute on a strategic plan to uncover new sales opportunities, close on existing opportunities, and build high level relationships.

What You'll Bring :

• 5+ years of quota-carrying experience selling information-based services to enterprise B2B clients (Real Estate / Property Technology experience is ideal).
• Experience within and / or knowledge of the Real Estate industry specifically as it relates to their Membership associations & technology solutions.
• Manage and drive pipeline through the sales opportunity lifecycle : pipeline generation, discovery, presentation, negotiation and deal close with an emphasis on demonstrating value and ROI.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office and modern sales enablement platforms, including AI-enhanced tools for prospecting and engagement.
• Bachelor's degree in from an accredited college or university or the equivalent in experience.

Pay Scale Information : The U.S. base salary range for this position is $78,100.00 - $123,000.00 annually. This position is eligible for both base pay and commission earnings. TransUnion commission targets are generally 20% - 50% of base salary and may vary based on position.
