PhysioMed is seeking a compassionate and autonomous Physical Therapist to join our team serving an older adult community across three conveniently located facilities. 🔍 What You’ll Do

• Deliver personalized physical therapy services to older adults with diverse mobility needs.
• Work independently across 3 nearby facilities (all within 15 minutes).
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while maintaining clinical autonomy.
• Create and implement treatment plans focused on functional improvement and safety.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and recovery strategies.
