ALO is hiring : Visual Lead - Valley Fair in Santa Clara

Overview The Visual Lead is responsible for achieving store sales and maximizing profitability through Visual Merchandising in partnership with the Visual Manager. The Visual Lead collaborates with the Operations & Visual Manager to initiate and delegate work, provide feedback to the team, and achieve optimal results supporting total store operations.

Responsibilities Manage execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day sales floor replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management

Maintain strategic product presentation and merchandising by ensuring product recovery, restock, destock, and making visual merchandising changes in accordance with directives in partnership with the Visual Manager

Plan Visual floor changes with the management team through payroll management and adapting the zone and visual support to the needs of the business

Execute and maintain visual direction from planning through execution to meet company expectations, budgets, and timelines

Utilize reporting tools in partnership with management to identify opportunities with product placement, outfitting, and stock levels; make changes as necessary

Qualifications 2+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment

Proven leadership capabilities with excellent decision making

Values feedback, receptive to receiving feedback and eager to provide it

High energy, upbeat and enthusiastic with the ability to integrate fun and work

Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually and as a team

Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills

Aligns with Alo’s guiding principles

Job Level : Associate

Employment Details The Visual Lead is full-time and requires 32-40 hours per week. Open availability is expected, with variable shifts including peak days and weekends. All full-time employees are expected to work during the company’s blackout period (week of American Thanksgiving through the end of the holiday season).

Compensation The Company’s Lead base pay ranges from $22.00-$26.00 per hour in Santa Clara, CA. Leads may participate in the Monthly Store Incentive bonus program; compensation can be higher when including incentives. Other rewards may include clothing allowance, employee discount, 401(k), medical / dental / vision plans, commuter benefits, and AloMoves.
